This is the conversation I had with Ellie this morning as I was buttering her toast:
Ellie: "Mom.....do you ever get tired of doing things all by yourself?"
Me: "???? What are you talking about Ellie?"
Ellie: " Well like getting up and making me breakfast and stuff?"
Me: (Totally smiling, and giggling on the inside) "Ellie, I like to do things
for you because I love you."
Ellie: "I can wake myself up and make breakfast and get dressed so you
don't have too if you want me too mom...because I love you too!"
What a way to start your day!!!
