Vacation advice...

So our plans for spring break are changing and now we are trying to think of a fun place to go with our kids. Scott says anywhere but I am thinking warm.
Does anyone have any ideas or places they love that you have taken your family for a vacation. Ones that don't require airplanes , thousands of dollars and are out here in the West, closer to us?

Talk to April about the Santa Cruz Vaca-

seriosly , Santa Cruz was the best. the kids loved that more than going to the baseball game, or camping at the coast.

I dont know if they are running the special but all the rides were 75 cents when we were there. April knows more.. call her :)

I don't know how far you want to drive, but one of my favorite vacations was Victoria Island, BC. It's off the coast of Seattle and you can take the daily ferry over. If I remember, Seattle's like a 7 or 8-hour drive from Klamath, so it's doable. :)

Come and play with me! I can list a million fun things to do off the top of my head, and most of them are free or cheep to you. I would love to have you come visit Olympia. We could take a jont up to Seattle and make a day of it.
