The Pinehurst Inn! If you haven't heard of it before, you should check it out. It's a historic Inn, built in 1925 right outside of Ashland and it has these great old fashion rooms with beautiful claw foot tubs in every room. But the best part is the food and entertainment! The couple that own it are just adorable and will do anything, (like bring you extra desert just to see if you like it), to make you feel welcome and comfortable. For some reason they messed up our reservations so to make up for it they bumped us to the suite. It was awesome.
This is Donnie, the owner, and every evening after dinner he sits at the piano and plays songs that everyone can sing along too, but most just listen to him because he is amazing!! We had a nice quiet stay without kids. It was so needed! A huge thank you to my thoughtful hubby. So, you got me this time Scottie Potty.... I love you!!

What an awesome Husband you have! So wonderful!
I am so glad you found me! I knew you lived down this way. The Hewletts were in our ward in Portland. Becca and Jordan were best friends!

When I saw the title of your post I thought for sure it would be a pregnancy announcement. But alas, it was just an amazing date planned by your awesome husband. *sigh* ;) Good job Scott :) Glad you folks had a great time.
A bigger surprise may come about mid April (that's 9 months from mid July!!!!!) You heard it here first.
I too thought you were going to mention a baby coming, but then I would have killed you if you told me on your blog.
P. S. Scotty Potty is a lot different when you say it out loud and when you write it down. Just sayin...
